How these counts work
The source is the dated public capture set of 403 linked Barnstable Unofficial threads, saved through October 22, 2026, 7:49 a.m. Eastern. Every saved page and separately linked reply view is searched for these terms. Repeated views of a thread add no extra count for that term.
We match whole words and phrases after folding case and accents and treating punctuation and spacing alike. All words in a phrase must occur together in one saved view. Matches do not cross views. The shown examples open a view that contains a match.
Included term variants: . Pleasant Hill and Stewart’s Creek are grouped as one issue, with each matching thread counted once.
The 25 terms were selected editorially and are ordered by matching thread count. This is not an exhaustive word ranking. Topics overlap, missing captures can change the counts, and a surname match establishes neither a speaker nor an attitude toward that person.
