Read the record

His checked June 24 reply says he will respond and include the constituent’s own Councilor, and announces a shift to Town addresses for accountability and FOIA. The later checked Schwaab message reports the constituent was glad Tamash reached out.

What it establishes

Documented intermediary access and acknowledgement of official-email accountability purpose.

Limits and context

The announcement does not prove every Councilor completed the transition or that a property complaint was resolved. Allegations about enforcement and another Councilor’s inaction remain unverified.
