Read the record

In response to Hunt’s criticism of planning outreach, Tamash says Kupfer seems to be doing a good job trying to obtain public input and notes the difficulty of eliciting participation. The exchange therefore contains qualification as well as agreement on transparency.

What it establishes

Substantive exchange includes qualification, not wholesale adoption of Hunt allegations.

Limits and context

Hunt’s historical accusations and claimed causes of turnout are not independently established. A friendly or favorable reply does not adopt every assertion.
