Read the record

Ludtke’s quoted February 14 message distinguishes earlier home-occupations database collaboration from her separate shelter work. She says she neither requested nor authorized use of her name and will advise Town leadership that Schwaab is not working for her. His reply says Clark is mistaken and he has not uttered Ludtke’s name for months.

What it establishes

An explicit boundary on claimed official representation, alongside past collaboration and direct denial.

Limits and context

The underlying staff reports are absent. This establishes an explicit boundary and a disputed account, not proof unauthorized representations occurred.
