Read the record

Bloom’s June 3 email says he asked that procedures stop and that officials explain their response to Cambareri’s letter before appeal became necessary. He also says he has not heard back. On June 2, Tamash relays Town legal advice that the closed hearing cannot reopen and identifies court and DEP appeal routes. Schwaab asks him to arrange three minutes for abutters.

What it establishes

Official assistance request plus Councilor attempted intervention and contrary procedural guidance.

Limits and context

The correspondence does not prove Bloom controlled or delayed Conservation action. Tamash is relaying legal advice, not an independently verified ruling. Schwaab’s online criticism does not establish the truth of his allegations.
