The original PRR 2025-0263 production has 874 pages. The 18 PRR 2025-0472 packages have 1,513 pages. All supplied pages are included, including sparse scans, attachments, screenshots and repeated chains. Search results count pages, not unique emails or acts.

Source images are compressed reading copies made from visible PDF pages. Original redactions remain. Long screenshots appear as consecutive image parts. The source filename, original file checksum and both PDF and printed page numbers remain with each page.

The later production has printed-label gaps at 405 and 768–797, plus two different pages labeled 1484. Those numbering observations do not establish withheld records. This is the supplied collection, not every potentially responsive Town record.

A supplemental orientation pass improves 94 sideways-page transcriptions. Reading images retain their original orientation. A visually checked supplement preserves replies omitted by OCR on Package 18, PDF page 55; its speaker identities remain unassigned. All OCR needs checking before quotation. Review flags identify short transcriptions or low OCR confidence; they do not mean the source is blank or missing. Inclusion does not verify an allegation, attribution or legal conclusion.
